When there’s an issue you need to tackle, sometimes you may not be sure who to call for help.  We are always a good place to start!  Even if your situation is not something we handle, figuring out your next steps for your unique situation is why we’re here.  We can at least help you understand what you might be facing and how to prepare.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Steps to Schedule a Call:

First – We review your information submitted HERE.

Second – Based on the information you provide, we either email you referrals or we send you a link to Schedule an Initial Consultation.  This call is 30 minutes, no charge.

Our complimentary Initial (no charge) Consultation aims to identify your business’s needs whether it’s questions about your legal entity maintenance obligations, HR compliance, or Plain Language business contracts and other docs. With a quick conversation, we can get you started with a roadmap for Biz Compliant™️ success.

What are you waiting for?

We start with an Initial Consultation, then for additional calls with us, we have other options for you, Subscription Plans or Strategy Calls.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Starting at $50 a month, you can have monthly calls with us.  We have a variety of Subscription Plans for monthly calls.  If you are interested in both monthly calls AND access to our Maintenance Made Easy™️ Biz Compliant Tools platform, then those plans range between $100 to $500 per month.

STRATEGY CALLS

What if you have a ton of questions for something you are dealing with right now?  Sometimes you need flexibility to schedule multiple calls.  We make this EASY.  There are three Strategy Call options to choose from.  You only get one call a month with a subscription plan.  If you need more than that one call, you could order a Strategy Call in that month or multiple Strategy Calls if you really need to talk.  If you need flexibility when questions come up, then scheduling a Strategy Call may work great for you.

Our Fees  

To keep our Fees reasonable and transparent, we keep overhead at a minimum.  We don’t have an answering service, nor a receptionist.  Instead, if you call us, we will respond to your voice mails with a text message or an email.  We understand if this doesn’t work for you.  We do things differently and we are not always a good fit.  

Streamlined Communication

We really do want to talk with you!  Our policy of No Unscheduled Calls is how we stay efficient.  Your time matters just as much as our time.

No Urgent Matters

Typically there’s no urgency with the Services we offer.  We are not operating under deadlines like litigation or conflict resolution firms.  If you have an urgent situation then call another lawyer, don’t wait for us!  Or maybe you want to be a high priority client, then we probably are not the best fit for you.

Our Ready Schedule

We begin working on Services in the order they are added to the “Ready Schedule.” Your Services will be added to the Ready Schedule once you fulfill our Requests. Our turnaround time depends on the progress of other projects in our current workload. If we run into a delay then we try to keep you informed on our timing and progress.  And yes, sometimes we get delayed, especially with the larger and more complicated projects we take on.  We are not a large operation.  We are a small business like you.
